Why would you use a seperate engine to drive a mobile compressor when there is already an engine from the vehicle available? Air Drive Compressor Systems uses your vehicles engine to drive the Gardner Denver screw compressor thereby excluding an additional heavy and noisy diesel engine. Air Drive eliminates the need for towing equipment and replaces it with a number of substantial benefits: · Free towbar for other equipment and free loading floor · Low operational cost, no additonal engine to maintain · Lightweight, no additional heavy engine · High performance, high efficiency screw compressor · Security, eliminates risk of equipment being left behind Air Drive Compressor Systems can be extended with an Alternator to have both compressed air as well as electricity on board

As with the compressor systems from Air Drive the principle of Air Drive’s Alternator systems is based on using the vehicles engine to generate mobile electrical power instead of an additonal engine. The benefits for the operator are also substantial. Alternator systems can be used for driving electric tools, lighting, welding, pumps etc. Voltages at request from 110 to 400V, 50Hz up to 30kVA depending on vehicle/engine specification. Air Drive Alternator Systems can be extended with a Compressor to have both electricity as well as compressed air on board.
